摘  要:介绍了"四位一体"人才培养模式,通过在地方院校的二级学院的探索与实践,提出了"本科教学指导委员会和专业建设负责人、督导组、教学科研一体化团队和教学科研办"四位一体的宏观架构模式,并且采用PDCA的循环改进模型,明确职责,协同完成人才培养工作。在该模式下,组建了一体化团队,以团队建设为核心,实现了教学、科研和学生科技活动的统一,实现了教师的发展和学生成才的统一。This paper introduces an "Integration Four Departments in One" training mode which has been explored and practiced in the departments of the local universities. The macro-architecture mode including the undergraduate teaching steering committee, the teaching steering group, the teaching and research integrated team and the teaching and research office has been proposed. The mode is integrated with the four departments. With the cooperation of the four departments which are clear about the responsibilities of themselves, the work of training the students goes well. The framework uses the PDCA cycle to improve the mode. In this mode, the integrated teams have been formed to achieve the unity of teaching, research and student technology activities, and to achieve a unified development of teachers and students taught.
