摘 要:技术体制概念自被引入学术界,始终存在两条独立的研究路径。一种研究理念视其为企业所处的一种技术环境,另一种研究理念则将其抽象为企业从事技术活动所遵循的一系列规则。借助物理界的伟大发现——物质的波粒二象性的辩证思维,本文对技术体制研究的现状进行辨析,认为环境属性和规则属性是技术体制基于不同的理论基础、研究目的和内容以及对象层次等所表现出的不同特征。随后本文构建了这两种属性之间的关联,并指出理解技术体制的二象性对研究其稳定性与动态性的二元状态有重要的理论意义。There have been two parallel theoretical research approaches to technological regime since it was introduced into the academic circle. One treats technological regime as the environment or atmosphere within which firms conduct their activities. The other approach takes it as the rule through which the technical activities are regulated. Using the dialectical thinking of wave- particle duality which generates from physical theory, this paper proposes that 'environment' and 'rule-sets' are the dual attributes of technological regime due to the different theoretical backgrounds, research purpose and content of the researchers. Finally the author constructs the relationship between these two attributes and points out that comprehension of the duality is of great theoretical significance, especially for the study of the ambidexterity of stability and dynamic nature of technological regime.
