摘　　要：针对我国研究型图书馆开放获取(OA)服务效果弱、方法缺乏的问题,图书馆员有必要尽快找到OA服务的突破口。分析国外知名科研机构的OA建设内容和服务方式,围绕我国科研人员普遍关注的学术影响力问题,提出研究型图书馆OA服务模式和工作流,并在中国科学院生物物理所的实践中详细剖析服务步骤、工作方法和服务效果。最后,讨论OA服务对图书馆员能力的要求。Research library Librarians need to quickly find a breakthrough in open access （OA） services whose effectiveness is now low and lack of effective methods. Based on the analysis in well - known research institutions abroad, an OA service model and workflow around the academic influence, one of the most concern issues for researchers, is proposed, and then an OA service practice from Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences is introduced in details on the service steps, methods and effectiveness. Finally, the OA librarian qualities are discussed.
