摘　　要：电子资源在采集、存储、访问、维护、保存等方面的动态性和复杂性等特点,使用户在利用电子资源过程中面临着传统载体资源未曾遇到的障碍,诸如图书馆的电子资源组织和揭示体系不友好、资源内容缺失或重复、稳定性和可靠性不足等。为减少障碍,图书馆应在电子资源生命周期的各个阶段加强内容建设和质量管理,并提高用户的信息素养。Electronic resources have the features of dynamics and complexity in the collection, storage, maintainence and preservation, so that users face some problems when using them other than traditional resources. The problems include lack of clarity of electronic resources organization and reveal, content missing or overlapping, lack of stability and reliability. To solve the problems, libraries should promote the content development and quality management in the life cycle of electronic resources, and improve users＇ information literacy.
