摘　　要：从可用性的概念、研究目的、研究方法、研究内容以及评估指标5个方面,对国外移动服务可用性研究的相关领域文献进行综述,分析现有研究中存在的问题,对未来研究趋势进行展望,以期给国内移动图书馆可用性研究提供借鉴和参考。This paper mainly makes a review of literatures of related fields on usability of mobile services abroad, and assessment trends of mobile from five aspects of the concept of usability, research purposes, research methods, research contents indicators. Then it analyzes the problems in the existing research and presents the further research services, in order to make reference for research on usability of mobile libraries in China.
