摘  要:通过间歇式产甲烷抑制实验,评价了两种煤化工废水——焦化废水和鲁奇煤气化废水的产甲烷抑制性,并初步探讨了废水对产甲烷菌的抑制机理。实验结果表明:两种废水的产甲烷抑制性随废水加入量的增加逐渐增大;当废水加入量为400 mL时,焦化废水的产甲烷抑制率达100%,鲁奇煤气化废水的产甲烷抑制率为50%;焦化废水对产甲烷菌的抑制性明显大于鲁奇煤气化废水。The methanogenic inhibiting actions of two kinds of coal chemical wastewaters, coking wastewater and Lurgi coal gasification wastewater, were evaluated by batch experiments, and their inhibition mechanisms were studied. The experimental results indicate that: The methanogenic inhibiting actions of the two wastewaters increase with the increasing of the wastewater volume; When the wastewater volume is 400 mL, the methanogenic inhibition rates of coking wastewater and Lurgi coal gasification wastewater are 100% and 50% respectively; The methanogenic inhibiting action of coking wastewater is much higher than that of Lurgi coal gasification wastewater.
