摘 要:为准确核定石化企业火炬气NOx的排放情况,采用模拟火炬燃烧装置对现场采集的不同种类火炬气进行燃烧,取得了燃烧温度及NOx排放数据。实验结果表明:火炬气的燃烧温度及燃烧烟气中的NOx质量浓度与火炬气组分中H2的体积分数呈正相关;兰炭荒煤气、煤甲醇合成驰放气、合成氨变换气和合成氨合成解析气的燃烧温度分别为410,430,560,650℃。通过计算得到4种火炬气的NOx排放系数分别为:合成氨合成解析气0.315 4~0.540 6 kg/t,煤甲醇合成驰放气0.124 5~0.226 3 kg/t,合成氨变换气0.059 1~0.081 3 kg/t,兰炭荒煤气0.080 1~0.176 2 kg/t。In order to accurately confirm the NO, emission of flare gas in petrochemical enterprise, several kinds of flare gas were sampled in situ, and burned in the simulated combustion device to obtain the data of combustion temperature and NOx emission. The experimental results show that: The combustion temperature and the NO,. mass concentration of the exhaust gas are both positively correlated with the volume fraction of H2 in the flare gas; The combustion temperatures of coking gas, methanol synthesis purge gas, ammonia synthesis conversion gas and ammonia synthesis resolution gas are 410, 430, 560, 650 ℃ respectively. Through calculation, the NO~ emission coefficients of the 4 kinds of flare gas are obtained as follows: 0.315 4-0.540 6 kg/t for the ammonia synthesis resolution gas, 0.124 5-0.226 3 kg/t for the methanol synthesis purge gas, 0.059 1-0.081 3 kg/t for the ammonia synthesis conversion gas, 0.080 1-0.176 2 kg/t for the coking gas.
