摘 要:以瞬时电流效率和电耗为衡量标准,对填充活性炭、涂膜活性炭和石英砂3种填料的废水处理三维电极体系进行了研究。实验结果表明:活性炭的瞬时电流效率最高、电耗最低;3种填料对苯酚的选择性氧化系数依次为0.63,0.57,0.46,表明3种填料对苯酚的降解能力依次降低;在初始苯酚质量浓度为600 mg/L、Na2SO4质量分数为3%、电流为1A、进水流量为0.60 L/h的条件下,以活性炭作为填料,苯酚废水的COD去除率可达80.52%。The three-dimensional electrode systems with different packing for wastewater treatment were studied using activated carbon, quartz sand and coated activated carbon as research targets and instantaneous current efficiency and energy consumption as measure criteria. The experimental results show that: The three-dimensional electrode system filled with activated carbon exhibits the highest instantaneous current efficiency and the lowest energy consumption; The selective oxidation coefficients of activated carbon, coated activated carbon and quartz sand to phenol are 0.63, 0.57, 0.46 respectively, which indicates that the phenol degradation rates on the 3 kinds of packing are decreased successively; Under the conditions of initial phenol mass concentration 600 mg/L, Na2SO4 mass fraction 3%, current 1 A, influent flow 0.60 L/h and using activated carbon as packing, the COD removal rate of phenol wastewater can reach 80.52%.
