摘  要:本文以油酸铵、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为分散剂有效分散了氮化硼纳米管(BNNTs)。研究了表面活性剂浓度,pH值以及超声时问对BNNTs分散效果的影响;采用pH值测试仪,Zeta电位仪,傅里叶红外光谱仪,扫描电镜,透射电镜等手段对分散后的BNNTs进行了表征。结果表明:PEI比油酸铵的分散效果更佳,PEI和油酸铵最佳使用量分别为1.5%和5%,最佳pH值范围分别为5~7和8~9,最佳超声时间分别为0.5h和1h。PEI分散BNNTs的机理为静电稳定和空间位阻稳定机理,油酸铵分散BNNTs的机理仅有静电稳定机理。Boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) were dispersed efficiently with ammonium oleate and polyethylenimine (PEI) as dispersion. The effection of addition of surfactants, pH and ultrasonic time on BNNTs dispersion were researched, respectively: The dispersion system was characterized by the means of pH value tester, Zeta potential, FTIR, SEM and TEM. The results indicated that the dispersion effect of PEI was better than ammonium oleate. The optimal addition of PEI and ammonium oleate were 1.5%and 3%, respectly, The optimal pH value of them were 3 - 7 and 8 - 9, respectively; the optimal ultrasonic time of them were 0.5 h and 1 h, respectly; The disperse mechanism of PEI was elctrosteric stabilization and steric hindrance stabilization, and the disperse mechanism of ammonium oleate was elctrosteric stabilization.
