摘 要:采用电化学阳极氧化结合浸渍法制备了RuO2/TiO2/Ti纳米管阵列薄膜,将该薄膜用于光电催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB),研究MB光电催化降解反应动力学,考察了可见光条件下被降解液初始pH值、MB初始浓度、电解质初始浓度和外加直流偏压对光电催化反应速率的影响。结果表明:该光电催化降解反应较好地符合一级反应动力学特征,可用Langmuirhinshelwood动力学模型描述,其动力学方程表达式为:C=C0exp(-0.0998C00.3901[-lgH+]-0.1998E1.7405c el0.4669t);在光电催化氧化体系中,最优的降解参数为:MB初始浓度为10mg/L,初始pH值为2.11,外加直流电压值为2.5V,外加电解质浓度为0.10mol/L。RuO2/TiO2/Ti nanotube array thin films were prepared by the electrochemical anodic oxidation method combined with impregnation process. The photoelectrocatalytic kinetic of RuO2/TiO2/Ti nanotube array thin films in degradation of methylene blue(MB) was studied. The effects of DH value, initial concentration of MB and electrolyte, DC bias voltage on the photoelectrocatalytic reaction rate were investigated under visible light irradiation (λ 〉400 nm). The results showed that the reaction of photoelectrocatalytic degradation was well fitted to the first-order reaction kinetic characteristics, which could be described by Langmuir-hinshelwood kinetic model. The kinetic equation was C=C0exp(-0.0998C0^0.3901[-lgH^+]^-0.1998E^1.7405Cel^0.4669t). In the photoelectrocatalytic oxidation system, the optimal degradation parameters were as follows: the initial concentration of MB was 10 mg/L, the initial pH value was 2.11, the applied DC voltage value was 2.5 V and the concentration of applied electrolyte was 0.10 mol/L.
