摘 要:对云广特高压直流系统"12·15"极1紧急停运、极2再启动事故进行分析,指出极1高低端阀组换流变压器分接头挡位不一致,引起极1低端阀厅F5避雷器对地电压升高并损坏避雷器,最终导致极1保护87DCM和87CSD正确动作。极1闭锁过程中在中性母线上形成过电压,该电压作用在接地极线路上并引起接地极线路闪络导致其接地极线路不平衡保护60EL动作,60EL保护正确动作出口,极2再启动成功。同时对其存在的风险进行深入剖析,最后提出有效的处理措施,以降低云广特高压直流输电系统停运的风险。This paper analyzes the December 15,2012 accident of pole 1emergency switch-off(ESOF)and pole 2 restarting in Yunnan-Guangdong ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission project.It is pointed out that the earth voltage increase and subsequent damage to the low-voltage valve hall F5 arrester caused by the difference of the tap changer positions between the high-voltage and low-voltage valve group transformers,result in the correct operation of 87 DCM and 87 CSD of pole 1 DC protections.The flashover of electrode lines caused by the neutral bus overvoltage during pole 1 blocking results in the correct operation of electrode lines unbalanced protection(60 EL),and then pole 2 restarts successfully.The risk in the process is thoroughly analyzed,and some effective measures are proposed to reduce the blocking risk of Yunnan-Guangdong UHVDC transmission project.
