摘  要:通过检测烟囱内冷凝酸液质量分数可以预测其腐蚀程度,但获取具有代表性的冷凝酸液样本十分困难.为解决这一难题,采用修正逸度方程与Matlab软件对1台300MW安装湿法烟气脱硫装置的烟气冷凝酸液质量分数进行了数值预测,分析了烟气中水蒸气体积分数、壁面温度和烟气绝对压力对烟气冷凝酸液质量分数的影响.结果表明:冷凝酸液质量分数随着壁面温度的升高而增大,随着烟气绝对压力的提高而减小,随着烟气中水蒸气体积分数的增大而减小;预测值与试验值相吻合,该预测模型可以很好地模拟对冷凝酸液质量分数的预测.The degree of stack corrosion can be predicted by determining the inside concentration of con- densed acid solution, however, it is generally difficult to acquire such a representative sample of condensed acid solution from the stack. To solve this problem, the concentration of condensed acid solution from flue gas of a 300 MW boiler with wet flue gas desulfurization system was numerically simulated using fixed fu gacity equation and matlab software, so as to analyze the effects of following factors on the concentration of condensed acid solution, such as the water vapor concentration in flue gas, wall temperature and abso lute pressure of flue gas, etc. Results show that the concentration of condensed acid solution increases with reducing water vapor concentration in flue gas, rising wall temperature and with reducing absolute pressure of flue gas. The predicted values agree well with those in relevant literatures, which prove the model to be applicable in mass concentration prediction of similar condensed acid solution.
