空间公正思潮下的区域同步发展观——我的新区域主义思考

摘　　要：20世纪70年代以来,发达国家相继进入后工业化阶段,他们面临着不同区域社会与工业化水平和谐关系的可持续发展问题。这些问题都预示着人文主义应该有新的价值观念来指导和解决上述问题的困境。由此,引发了社会科学的大讨论。在被学者公认或公议的"正义论"哲学思想启示下,很多学科都提出了系统的社会理念。区域学科借助社会理念也相继提出了对应的构建"新区域"的"社会空间"建构理念。由于这些学科固有的经济(学原理)导向下的生态持续与社会持续观,很难耦合到社会空间公正价值观的新发展趋势。对于中国区域发展来讲,以社会平等价值为导向的区域公正发展已逐渐成为当前的主要空间矛盾。为此,从新人文地理学人-地和谐思想出发,提出了人本空间公正理念下的区域间同步发展观点。Since the 70 ＇ s of the last century, developed countries have entered the stage of industrialization, they faced social elements of harmonious relationship between industrialization and sustainable development issues. These problems should have new values to guide and resolve the plight of these issues. This sparked great debate in the social sciences. Scholars generally accepted or public discussion of ＂justice＂ philosophy inspired by many sub- jects has made systematic social philosophy, regional disciplines with social philosophy also presented corresponds to the construction of ＂new areas social space＂ construction concept. Due to the inherent in these disciplines e- conomics （theory） under the guidance of ecological and social sustainability concept, hard coupled to the new de- velopment trends of soeio-spatial equity values. For China＇ s regional development, guided by the values of social equality of regional equitable development has gradually become the main space of the current conflict. For this rea- son, this study focused the harmony between human beings and nature of new human geography, and proposed the thought of regional synchronization in human spatial justice.
