我国沿海地区劳动密集型产业发展研究——一个改进的Hotelling模型分析视角

摘　　要：对于圆周上n个参与者的Hotelling博弈,其Nash均衡是n个点在圆周上均匀的分布。据此,当市场均衡时,企业的数量与消费者的运输成本成正比,与企业的固定成本成反比。由于劳动密集型产业具有投资小的特点,加之对更低运输成本的不断追求,其在空间上具有广布性,即使发生区域产业转移,也不会改变其广布性的特征。这就为发达国家或地区也广泛存在劳动密集型产业提供了一个合理解释。产业发展规律表明,区域产业类型总是呈现多元性,经济增长方式的转变并不排斥劳动密集型产业,同时,技术进步会增加相关企业的生存能力。因此,在我国沿海发达地区,劳动密集型产业的存在与发展具有合理性,政府不应抛弃而应支持这类企业提升竞争能力。For the Hotlling game with n participants on the circumference St , Nash Equilibrium is a state when n points are equally distributed along the edge of the circle. Based on the game model,the enterprise＇ s quantity va- ries directly as consumers＇ transportation costs and inversely proportional to fixed costs of the enterprises in market equilibrium. Because the labor-intensive industries have the characteristics of low investment, in addition to the con- stantly pursuing lower convey cost, it must possess the feature of widely regional distribution which will not be changed even if the regional industry transfer have occurred. It can provide a reasonable explanation for the widely existence of labor-intensive industries in developed countries or regions. The rule of indust^7 development indicates that regional industry types always take on multi-nature, and the transformation of economy growth pattern is not ex- clusive from labor-intensive hldustry. In the meanwhile,the viability of related enterprises have been enhanced be- cause of the technical progress. Therefore, it is reasonable for the existence and development of labor-intensive in- dustries in costal developed areas of China, and the government should strengthen its competitive power.
