补阳还五汤联合糖尿病治疗仪治疗糖尿病高危足临床研究

摘　　要：观察补阳还五汤联合糖尿病治疗仪治疗糖尿病高危足的临床疗效。80例糖尿病足0级病变患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予补阳还五汤联合糖尿病治疗仪治疗,对照组给予前列腺素E1治疗。疗程4周,评价疗效。结果:治疗组显效11例(27.5%),有效23例(57.5%),无效6例(15.0%),总有效率85.0%;对照组显效2例(5.0%),有效28例(70.0%),无效10例(25.0%),总有效率75.0%。治疗组显效率及总有效率优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(经Ridit检验,u=2.0430,P<0.05)。补阳还五汤联合糖尿病治疗仪治疗糖尿病高危足疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Observe the clinical effectiveness of Diabetes Mellitus Foot treated by using the cooperation of Buyang-Huanwu decoction and diabetes therapeutic equipment. Divide randomly 80 cases of patients with Diabetes Feet Degree 0 into Treatment group （40 cases） and Control group （40 cases）. Based on the general treatment, the cooperation treatment of Buyang-Huanwu decoction and diabetes therapeutic equipment is used in Treatment group;Prostaglandin E1 is used for the treatment in Control group. The therapeutic period is 4 weeks. Evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness. Results：In Treatment group, 11 cases were effective （27.5%）, 23 cases were good （57.5%）, and 6 cases were ineffective （15.0%）, the total effective rate is 85.0%;In Control group, 2 cases were effective （5.0%）, 28 cases were good （70.0%）, and 10 cases were ineffective （25.0%）, the total effective rate is 75.0%; The effective rate and total effective rate of Treatment group are better than that of Control group. The difference between them is significant （after Ridit analysis, u=2.0430,P〈0.05）.The cooperation treatment of Buyang-Huanwu decoction and diabetes therapeutic equipment has the determined curative effect, which is worth to clinically applied and recommended.
