摘 要:观察壮药依山红醇提物、水提物的毒性及对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的作用。采用常规小鼠急性毒性试验方法;CCl4腹腔注射造成急性肝损伤模型,将小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组、联苯双酯阳性药组和依山红水提物组、醇提物组,观察各剂量组对小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)及谷草转氨酶(GOT)的影响。壮药依山红水提物(Y1)、醇提物(Y2)的最大耐受量分别为301 g/kg、304g/kg。联苯双酯模型组及依山红醇提取物各剂量组与模型组相比均有显著性差异。依山红对于CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保肝降酶作用,且醇提物优于水提物。To study the protective effect of Medicine Zhang YiShanHong(YSH) extracted with percolation method on Carbon terachoride (CCl4) induced acute liver injuryed mice. Mice were randomly divided into normal control group, acute liver injury model group, bifendate control group, YSH dose group, intragastric administration every day for contious 10 days. After the last administration, groups were peritoneal injection with 0.08%CCl4-0.1ml/10g Peanut oil in addition to normal control group. all the mice were sacrificed to assay antioxidant activities in the blood at 16 hours. The contects of serum GOT, GPT activities revealed an obvious decrease in the YSH group when compared to the model group. bifendate control group and YSH of high groups showed noticeable effects. Medicine Zhang YiShanHong can protect against CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.
