摘　　要：针对信息战条件下预警机的效能评估问题,提出了一种基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和集对分析(Set Pair Analysis,SPA)理论的综合评估方法。首先,对预警机效能评估指标进行分析,采用层次分析法建立预警机效能评估指标分层体系;其次,依据集对分析理论建立预警机效能综合评估函数模型;最后用实例证明了使用该方法进行预警机效能评估的有效性和可行性。To the questions of effectiveness evaluation on early-warning aircraft under information warfare circumstance,a synthetical evaluation method based on AHP and SPA is pro index which affects the effectiveness of early-warning aircraft is analysed,and effectiveness evaluation index system of early-warning aircraft is built through posed. First, the the hierarchy AHP.Then, the synthetical evaluation function model of early-warning aircraft effectiveness is established based on SPA.Finally,there is a practical example to illustrate the effective and feasible of this synthetical evaluation way to evaluate the effectiveness of early-warning aircraft.
