摘  要:以铁核桃自然授粉的种子为试材,研究了贮藏方式、浸种时间、发芽床、基因型及坚果质量对种子萌发的影响.结果表明:铁核桃种子具有休眠特性,种子经脱水贮藏,4℃低温、层积沙藏、冬季室温贮藏均可满足铁核桃种子萌发的低温需求,6-BA可代替低温打破铁核桃种子休眠.铁核桃种子播后17 d左右露白,50 d为其发芽高峰期;种子的形态结构及内含物差异对种子的最终发芽率及幼苗生长影响不大.播种基质和浸种时间对铁核桃种子萌发均有显著影响,铁核桃种子最佳浸种时间为7 d^11 d,浸种后催芽或播种基质以细沙为宜,珍稀材料或种子量少的品种可采用培养基播种.该研究结果为铁核桃育苗技术体系的建立奠定了基础.Effect of storage methods, soaking time, germination bed types, genotypes and nut quality on the germination ratio of Juglans sigillata natural pollination seeds have been studies in this paper. The results indicate that the seeds of J. sigillata has dormancy characteristic and can store the dry seeds for propagation. The chilling requirement is all met when the seeds are storage at 4℃ low temperature, strati- fication in moisture sand and room temperature conditions, 6-BA can replace the low temperature to break dormancy of J. sigillata seeds. Radicle has been broken through the peel after planting 17 d and germination peak appeared on the 50 d. The difference of seed morphological structure and seed inclusion among genotypes have little effect on the germination and seedling growth. However, the seedlings of the genotypes with higher germination ratio grow strong. The sow matrix and soaking time significantly affects germination ratio. The optimum soaking time is from 7 d to 11 d, and the sand is the best matrix for sprouting and sowing after soaking seeds. Sterile medium sowing is the best sow way for rear materials. The results provide the basis for establishing the seedling technique system of J. sigillata.
