试论制定法的局限性

摘　　要：制定法的发展是人类社会文明的重大的作用,法以其特有的规范作用和社会作用对社会生活发生着深刻的影响,是当代社会经济、政治、文化发展和全面进步所必须的因素。但由于法律自身的特点及其外部运行环境等因素的影响,又有着极大的局限性。文章就制定法的局限性,形成原因,解决办法等问题作一定的探讨。The development of statutes plays an important role in human social civilization. Statutes deeply influence social life with their specialty in normative function and social significance, and they are a necessary factor in the economic, political and cultural development and full-scale progress in the contemporary society. However, due to the internal characteristics and the external environment in which they operate, statutes have some limitations. This paper discusses the causes and solutions to the limitations of statues.
