摘　　要：蝴蝶兰可以利用其茎尖、根尖、叶片等外植体进行组培繁殖。其中,不同外植体的增殖速度和增殖系数各有差异,利用不同外植体诱导原球茎形成的效果也存在差异。在蝴蝶兰组织培养过程中,激素对于诱导原球茎的形成至关重要。We can use the explants of Phalaenopsis’s stem apex, root and leaf in tissue culture propagation. Among them, the multiplication speed and multiplication coefficient of different explants are different. The formation effect of the original bulb induced from different explants varies too. In Phalaenopsis tissue culture process hormone plays an essential role for inducing the formation of PLBs.
