摘　　要：在分析郧县甘薯资源利用现状的基础上,介绍甘薯的营养、郧县甘薯膳食习俗以及品种引进和技术推广等内容,并提出郧县甘薯产业发展对策。On the basis of the analysis of the status quo of Yun county sweet potato resources, the paper introduced the nutrition, dietary customs, varieties and technology promotion of sweet potato, and put forward the industrial development countermeasures in Yun county.
