摘　　要：农业信息传播是个复杂的系统工程,具有基础性和服务性"双重"性质.文章把关注点指向大西北寒区旱区,在论述该区域农业信息传播现状特征的基础上,提取其障碍因子并进行结构化分析;最后构筑科研、体系、环境、效益四个维度,探索性地求解适地性的信息传播体系和推广对策.Agricultural information dissemination is complex system engineering, with basic and service＂ dual nature＂. The article focus point to the Cold and Arid Regions in northwest, in this discussion of the regional agricultural information dissemination status based on characteristics, extracting the obstacle factor and carries on the analysis, and finally solving the adaptability of communication countermeasure from the four dimension of research, system, environment and effectiveness.
