摘 要:针对姚孟电厂 2 号炉排烟温度偏高进行分析研究,研究表明运行时掺入制粉系统和一次风的冷风量偏大是导致排烟温度偏高的主要原因。在增加磨煤机再循环管的同时减少一次风风率,使进入炉膛的冷风量减少 8.12%。实际改造后排烟温度降低了 15.1 ℃,锅炉效率提高了 0.823%。:The analysis and study of comparatively higher flue gas temperature of No.2 boiler in Yaomeng Power Plant showed that, too much cold air admixed into coal-pulverizing system and primary air resulted in higher flue gas temperature. After recirculation pipes were installed onto tube mills and at the same time primary air ratio was reduced, thus the cold air amount blown into coal-pulverizing system and primary air resulted in higher flue gas temperature. After recirculation pipe were installed onto tube mills and at the same time primary air ratio was reduced, thus the cold air amount blown into furnace was reduced by 8.12%. Through retrofit, the flue gas temperature was decreased by 15.1 ℃ and the boiler efficiency improved by 0.823%.
