摘　　要：发电厂炉水的各种化学成分含量能体现锅炉和输水管道遭受侵蚀的状态。及时监测这些数据，可明确锅炉和输水管道的工作状况和寿命，实现状态预知维修，确保机组稳定安全运行。系统由在线数据巡检仪和系统管理软件组成。数据来源一部分从在线数据巡检仪抄录，另一部分由人工化验所得。系统管理软件完成了与数据巡检仪的通信、适时数据和运行曲线显示、越限报警、事故追忆、专家分析诊断等。： The chemical ingredients of boiler water may express the state of corroded boiler and water pipelines in power plant．On-line detecting these data may monitor the operating condition and lifetime of boiler and water pipelines， and implement predictable state maintenance， so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of generating unit． The system is made up of intelligent data acquisition and system management software． The data source comes from intelligent data acquisition and manual assay．The software fulfills communicating with intelligent date acquisition， displaying timing data and running curve， giving an alarm for exceeding limit， looking back failure， and experts diagnosis and analysis and so on．
