摘  要:以绵羊蓝湿坯革为底物,研究了以醛基为反应基团的新型活性染料—活性紫红X-RQ的染色、上染动力学,并与常用的二氯均三嗪活性染料—活性艳蓝X-BR作了对比实验,还进行了二者的复配染色。结果表明:(1)由于活性紫红X-RQ的分子结构中只有一个亲水基团,水溶性相对较差,导致其对皮革的上染初始阶段上染速率较小,但是升高温度,延长染色时间并加醋酸固色,可增大上染量,达到良好的染色效果。(2)活性紫红X-RQ上的二个醛基活性基使得其利用率提高,可达到10.80 mg·g-1的上染量,适于单独对皮革染色。(3)活性紫红X-RQ与活性艳蓝X-BR复配,可以将蓝湿坯革染成紫色,符合常规的配色规律。在染色进程中,染浴中剩余的活性紫红X-RQ的相对含量逐渐增大,这说明二氯均三嗪活性基团与皮纤维上-NH2的反应性高于醛基与-NH2的反应性。Using sheep wet blue as substrates, the dyeing kinetics of a novel kind of reactive dye with aldehyde group as reacting group, named X-RQ, was researched. Comparative experiments with a commercial reactive dye, X-BR, and the compose dyeing experiment of these two dyestuffs, were undertaken also. The results indicated that: The solubility of X-RQ was not good, because there is only one hydrophilic group (-SO3Na) in its molecular structure, this induced the lower dyeing speed at the beginning of dyeing process; however, the quantity of fixed colorant could be increased with an increasing temperature, prolonging time and the addition of acetic acid as fixing agent, so that a better dyeing effect could be achieved; X- RQ was suitable for dyeing leather alone because it has two aldehyde groups as reacting group in its molecular structure, and the content of X-RQ in the dyed leather could reach to 10.80 mg·g-1 ;The sheep blue wet would be dyed to purple when X- RQ and X-BR were composed to be applied, this color was coincided with the common color-match principle. The relative content of X-RQ in the dyeing solution would increase with the dyeing process, this indicated that, s-triazine di-chloride group is more reactive than aldehyde group when they react with -NH2 in collagen fibers of leather.
