摘 要:分别考察了盐酸、NaOH、H2O2浓度及反应温度对牛毛水解的影响,在此基础上采用H2O2-HCl两步结合法和H2O2-NaOH两步结合法水解牛毛,选取H2O2用量、作用时间、酸(或碱)用量、作用时间4个因素进行正交试验。进一步地对最优条件下的水解产物进行红外光谱分析、灰分含量及黏度测定。结果表明,H2O2-HCl两步结合法及H2O2-NaOH两步结合法均能有效水解牛毛,两者水解产物相近,特性黏度分别为11.014 mL/g和11.099 mL/g,粘均相对分子质量较低。The effect of different concentration of hydrochloric acid, NaOH, H202 and different temperature on hydrolyzing cattle hair was studied. Then the amount of H2O2, H2O2 reaction time, the amount of acid (or base), acid (or base) reaction time were selected as basic conditions of the orthogonal experiment where H202-HCl and H2O2-NaOH two-step binding were used respectively to hydrolyze cattle hair. And IR analysis, the ash content and viscosity of the hydrolysate were measured under the optimal conditions further. The results shew that both H2O2-HCl two-step binding assay and H2O2-NaOH two-step binding assay were efficient and their hydrolysate whose inherent viscosity were separately 11.014 mL/g and 11.099 mL/g were similar. Their viscosity-average molecular weight proved to be low.
