摘 要:就有机酸蒙圊铝配合物鞣剂(HET)和铬鞣剂用量及初鞣pH等因素,对HET-铬结合鞣坯革状态、收缩温度以及废液铬含量等方面的影响进行研究。结果表明,在少铬鞣时HET具有良好的协同作用,HET-铬结合鞣最佳鞣制工艺为:初鞣pH3.5~3.6、HET用量3%、铬鞣剂用量4%,所得坯革粒面细致、革身丰满、部位差小,收缩温度达95℃。HET的加入可改善坯革粒面细致性,提高初鞣pH。在该结合鞣工艺中,铬鞣剂用量仅为常规用量的50%,废鞣液铬含量降低至130mg/L,较常规铬鞣减少84%,坯革中六价铬含量仅为0.45mg/kg;经复鞣;0111后坯革的抗张强度、撕裂强度及规定负荷伸长率满足鞋面革要求。The effect of the initial pH and dosage ratio between organic acid masked aluminium (III) complex tanning agent (HET) and chrome tanning agent on properties were tested, and shrinkage temperature of the crust and the content of chrome in tanning effluent was investigated. The results indicated that HET tanning agent had good synergistic effect in the process of less chrome tanning. The optimal process of HET-chrome combination tanning was as follows: the initial pH 3.5-3.6, 3% HET tanning agent, and 4% chrome tanning agent. The crust was full and uniform, whose grain was fine. The shrinkage temperature was up to 95℃. The condition of grain could be upgraded and the initial pH could be increased by adding HET tan- ning agent. In this combination tanning, the dosage of chrome tanning agent could be reduced 50%. The content of chrome in tanning effluent was lower to 130 mg/L, which was 84% less than normal chrome tanning effluent. The content of Cr (VI) in crust was only 0.45 mg/kg. After the retanning and fafliquoring, the tensile strength, tear strength and given load elongation of the crust could meet the standard of upper leather.
