摘 要:管母以占地面积小,布置清晰美观,导体表面临界电晕电压高的优点在直流输电换流站中得到了广泛的应用,通过分析影响支撑式管母线长度伸缩和挠度变化的因素,总结出当采用支撑式管母线时不仅需要对管母线沿长度方向的滑动偏移量(长度伸缩量)进行考虑,还要对管母支撑点处管母的转角进行考虑,以利于管母线长度伸缩和挠度变化时应力的释放,避免支撑绝缘子的损坏,同时对几种常用的管母支撑金具的优缺点进行了分析并提出了设计过程中需要注意的问题,期望能够对设计人员在进行电站管母的支撑设计和金具选型时提供一些参考和帮助。Tubular busbar is current transmission conversion widely applied in direct station because of its advantages such as small occupation area, clear and beautiful layout, the conductor surface's highly critical corona voltage. In this paper, the factors which influence the support tubular busbar's length extension and flexible deflection change were analyzed, and it is concluded that when the supported type tubular busbar is employed, not only the offset along the length direction (length extension amount) of the busbar but also the busbar angle at the support point should be considered to facilitate the stress relief during the tubular busbar's length extension and flexible deflection change and avoid the damage of supporting insulator. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of several often-used tubular busbars support fittings were discussed and the problems which have to be noticed during the design phase were also presented. The conclusions and discussions may be helpful for the support design and fittings selection of tubular busbar in power station and can be referenced by the designers.
