摘 要:在新能源发电大力发展的背景下,新能源出力的不确定性与随机性将对传统电网规划带来深刻的影响,建立可适应大规模新能源发电并网的电网规划方法具有重大的现实意义。将新能源消纳问题引入到电网规划过程当中,建立了面向新能源消纳的电网规划方法,该方法基于电力系统运行模拟技术与新能源消纳能力评估技术,针对多个电网规划备选方案,通过评估与比选,得到可同时满足新能源消纳需求与系统优化运行需求的优化规划研究方案。最后,以广东电网作为算例,验证了所提出方法的合理性与有效性。With the rapid development of new energy generation, the uncertainty and randomness nature of new energy generation brings about profound influence to the conventional power grid planning. Therefore, it has practical significance to establish a power grid planning method adapt to the integration of large-scale new energy generation. This paper combines the new energy accommodation with the grid planning process and proposes a power grid planning method aiming at accommodating new energy efficiently and effectively. Based on the technique of system operation simulation and the technique of new energy accommodation capability evaluation, this method could estimates all the altemative power grid planning schemes and selects the scheme which satisfies both the demand of accommodating new energy and the need of system optimal operation. Finally, this paper carries out a case study of Guangdong power grid to verify the reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
