摘 要:天气变化具有随机性、不确定性的特点,导致光伏、风机的出力具有不确定性。为了处理光伏和风机出力的不确定性信息,利用区间方法建立了光伏和风机出力不确定性的区间模型,并针对配电系统存在的三相不平衡性,提出了基于复仿射算法的区间三相潮流分析算法。采用IEEE13算例系统对算法进行了验证,并与蒙特卡洛潮流分析方法进行了对比分析,计算结果表明所提算法对于定量分析光伏和风机出力不确定性对系统稳态运行的影响具有应用价值。Due to the intermittence and randomness in weather changing there is uncertainty in the output of photovoltaic (PV) generation and wind power generation. To cope with the uncertain information in the output of PV generation and wind power generation as well as the unbalance of distribution system, an interval model of output uncertainty of PV generation and wind power generation is established by interval method, and in allusion to the three-phase unbalance in distribution system a complex affine algorithm based algorithm for three-phase interval power flow analysis is proposed. The proposed algorithm is validated by IEEE 13-bus system and the obtained results are analyzed and compared with the results from Monte Carlo power flow analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed method is applicable for the quantitative analysis on the impacts of output uncertainty of PV generation and wind power generation on steady state operation of distribution system.
