摘 要:首先分析了国内外现有变压器谐波模型发展情况及其适用范围的局限性,进而提出利用Jiles-Atherton磁滞模型表征铁心的非线性,通过Jiles-Atherton磁滞模型拟合函数计算励磁电流。在此基础上,综合考虑谐波情况下集肤效应、邻近效应对绕组的影响,考虑三相变压器相与相之间、原边与副边之间的互感,提出了一种新型的时频域结合的三相变压器谐波模型,该模型具有良好的收敛速度。最后,利用该模型对电力变压器的谐波损耗进行仿真和实验研究,证明了模型的有效性和实用性。Firstly the development of existing harmonic models for the power transformer home and abroad as well as the limitation of their applicable scope are analyzed, and then it is proposed that the nonlinearity of iron core is characterized by Jiles-Atherton hysteresis model, and the excitation current is calculated by the function fitted by Jiles-Atherton hysteresis model. On this basis, synthetically considering the impacts of the skin-effect and the proximity effect on transformer windings under harmonics and taking the mutual inductance among phases of three-phase power transformer as well as that between primary winding and secondary winding in each phase into accotmt, based on the combination of time-domain with frequency domain a novel harmonic model for three-phase power transformer, which possesses satisfied convergence performance, is proposed. Finally, using the proposed model, the experimental and simulative researches on harmonic losses in power transformer are performed, and research results show that the proposed model is effective and practicable.
