摘  要:基于原有的电弧加热直连式试验燃烧室性能测试平台,阐述了结合燃油燃烧试验方法,发展了对主动和被动热防护冲压发动机燃烧室热防护性能进行长时间考核的新方法。根据主动冷却燃烧室的试验要求,改进燃油供给控制系统,使其在出口管路压力升高时能长时间稳定供给燃油;采用B型热电偶、隔热毡和高温合金钢卡环安装方法对燃烧室外壁面温度进行接触式测量,获取燃烧室的温度分布;采用轴向不限位的支撑和位移传感器测量燃烧室的轴向变形情况。通过以上3方面的测量技术创新,燃烧室热防护性能考核的电弧加热直连式试验技术能够对发动机燃烧室热防护性能进行千秒量级的考核,并且能够长时间获取燃烧室的燃油供给量、壁面温度分布和轴向变形等数据。Based on the original arc-heater direct-connected scramjet combustor working performance test facility, a new method, which is used to test the long-time thermal protection performance of the active and passive scramjet combustor thermal protection system (TPS), has been developed. According to the active scramjet combustor test demand, the fuel supply and control system has been improved, which can steadily supply fuel when the exit pressure is increasing. The temperature distributing of the scramjet exterior wall has been measured by the B-type thermocouples, heat-insulation felt and high-temperature alloy steel ring. The axial deformation of the scrarnjet has been gained by the axial-free supports and displacement sensors. With the three parts improvement, the arc-heater direct-connected testing technology of the scramjet combustor TPS thermal protection performance can last for thousand seconds. And a mass of the scramjet combustor thermal protection performance data in the normal work situation, such as the fuel flux, the exterior wall temperature distributing and the axial deformation, can be obtained for long time.
