摘　　要：为了获取任意时间(月份)、地点(经、纬度)随高度变化的地球大气参数统计特性,以对大气参数进行规范展开的形式给出了地球大气温度、大气压力、纬向风和经向风的统计计算模型,并用地球气象探测累积数据确定规范展开式的各随机变量和坐标函数。根据上述模型和计算方法,可计算给出地球大气温度、大气密度、纬向风和经向风的月平均统计值及其均方差。经与实测统计数据对比,仿真计算结果证明了所用模型和方法的有效性。In order to obtain the Monthly-Mean statistics and Mean Square Deviations of atmospheric parameters at any location and anytime, a statistical calculation model is given in canonical expansion form, and the random variables and coordinate functions in the proposed model is determined through sounding cumulative data. Then the statistical characteristics of atmospheric parameters including temperature, density, zonal wind and meridional wind can be calculated. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by simulation results.
