摘 要:采用左前降支结扎法建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,氯化三苯基四氮氮唑(TTC)染色法作为金标准,比较传统方法(结扎后心电图T波改变)和Micro-PET方法(13 NH3·H2O和18 F-FDG联合显像)评价此模型成功的准确性。12只大鼠进行结扎手术,9只经心电图显示T波改变,视为建模成功;Micro-PET结果显示,建模前12只大鼠心肌摄取均匀,心肌摄取13 NH3·H2O和18 F-FDG的标准摄取值分别为3.78±0.59和2.30±0.21,建模后,仅6只出现心肌灌注和代谢异常,心肌摄取13 NH3·H2O和18F-FDG的标准摄取值分别为2.78±0.46和1.65±0.21;TTC染色法验证Micro-PET评价方法的准确率为100%,而传统T波改变法的准确率为66.67%。结果表明,Micro-PET显像评价心肌缺血模型更准确、更客观。The myocardial ischemia model by LAD lig with 3 methods. The traditional method is T wave ch TTC staining. The new method is 13NH3· H2O and was established and evaluate it anges in 13 F-FDG ECG. The classic method is Micro-PET imaging. UsingECG, 9 of 12 rats were judged as successful models. Using Micro-PET, only 6 of 9 rats were judged as successful models, which was consistent with TTC staining results. Micro- PET imaging indicated that before the model was established, the 13NH3 · H2O and 18F- FDG were well-distributed in the myocardial of rats, the standardized uptake value (SUV) of 13NH3 ·H2Oand 13F-FDG of myocardial ischemia were 3.78±0.59(n=12)and 2.30±0. 21(n= 12). After the model was established, only 6 rats shows abnormal myocardial perfu- sion and metabolism, the SUV of 13NH3· H2O and 13F-FDG of myocardial ischemia model were 2.78±0.46(n=6) and 1.65±0.21(n=6). The result showed taht the accuracy rate of Micro-PET method was 100%, while the traditional method is 66.67%. In conclusion, 13NH3· H2O and 18F-FDG Micro-PET image maybe more precise and objective than ECG .
