精对苯二甲酸废水双膜法深度处理及回用工程

摘　　要：针对二级处理后达标排放的精对苯二甲酸生产污水,采用预处理+双膜系统组合工艺深度处理。工程运行结果表明,该工艺对精对苯二甲酸达标废水深度回用处理运行稳定,产水水质可靠,经深度处理后的污水各项指标满足回用要求,在污水资源化方面有良好的应用前景。Pretreatment ＋ hi-membrane method combined process is adopted to reclaim Purified Terephthalic Acid Wastewater treated by A/O system to the discharge standard. The practical running results show that the combined process is stable operated with purified water meeting the requirements for water reuse and has better prospect in the reuse of the wastewater.
