摘　　要：随着IEC61850标准在变电站的推广,大量采用新标准的继电保护设备逐步投入运行,在提高保障电网安全稳定运行的同时,也给继电保护测试技术带来了新的挑战。通过对IEC61850标准中对IED通信性能要求和一致性测试的研究,归纳总结从采样值测试、GOOSE测试、基本性能测试以及保护的逻辑测试这四个方面对保护通信和功能进行测试。该测试系统的试验表明,测试系统测试准确,输出接口规范,测试功能齐全,满足数字化保护的检测需求。Along with the popularization of IEC61850 standard in substation, a large number of adoption of new standards of relay protection equipment put into operation,step by step to improve safeguard the safe and stable operation of the grid at the same time, also brings new challenges to relay protection testing technology.Based on IEC61850 standard in the study of IED communication performance and conformance testing,generalizations from sampling value testing,testing chicago--brewed GOOSE,protection of basic performance test as well as the logic of testing these four aspects to protect the communications and functional tests.Experiment shows that the test system test system is accurate,the output interface specification,test the function is all ready,meet the demand of digital protection testing.
