摘　　要：本文介绍了悬浮式皮带秤秤架限位装置的形式,以及悬浮式皮带秤样机的设计、制造、测试,参照GB/T 7721-2007连续累计自动衡器(皮带秤)国家标准,执行JJG 195-2002皮带秤国家检定规程对样机进行自检,报送国家计量部门检定,为用户提供合格的动态计量产品。This paper introduces suspension type belt conveyor scale frame limiting device forms, as well as the design, the suspension belt scale prototype manufacture, test, with reference to GBfI＇7721-2007 continuous totalizing automatic weighing instrument （belt） national standards, follow rules on JJG195-2002 belt scale national verification self-test on the prototype, submitted to the National Metrology Verification department. Providing dynamic measurement products qualified for the user.
