摘　　要：现代港口已经进入供应链管理时代。一般港口供应链以港口物流核心企业为主导,包括港海物流企业、其他运输方式提供者、口岸机构、内陆节点单位等,以整条链的力量赢得较强的竞争优势,但缺乏跨越多条供应链运作所需的战略专业技术,充分整合社会资源、开拓高端增值服务的能力不足。第四方物流作为最优供应链解决方案的集成商,有着杰出的资源整合能力与丰富的供应链运作经验,它对一般供应链的优化作用主要表现在以下几个方面:一是对港口供应链联盟的整合与拓展,二是对港口供应链运作流程的优化,三是提升港口供应链的智能性,四是促进港口供应链的绿色化,从而最终实现客户满意度、港口经营效益、港口生态效益的共同提升。The development of modem port has entered the era of supply chain management. Normal port supply chain is led by port logistic core enterprises and gains the competitive advantages with the help of strength of the overall supply chain. But there are still some problems with the development of that, such as the lack of strategic special technology needed by cross-supply-chain operation, and the insufficient capacity for integrating social resources and developing high-end value- added service. The Fourth Party Logistics, the integrator of optimized supply chain solutions, has the excellent capacity for integrating resources and experience of supply chain operation. Comparing to other supply chain optimization solutions, it has the characteristics of integrating and developing port supply chain alliance, optimizing port supply chain operation process, improving the intelligence of port supply chain, and promoting the greening of port supply chain. And these characteristics will help us to realize customer satisfaction, port operational profit and port ecological benefit.
