摘 要:以3a生富贵草扦插苗为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究了富贵草在土壤自然失水过程中与分段复水后土壤相对含水量(SWC)、叶片相对含水量(LWC)、相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性糖(SS)含量及游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量等生理生化指标的变化规律,旨在探讨其对土壤水分变化的生理响应特性及耐旱能力。结果表明:整个试验过程中,CK叶片中除SS含量处于逐步积累状态外其余各指标处于相对稳定的动态平衡中;在控水42d的过程中,SWC和LWC均随失水时间的延长而下降,而REC、MDA含量和SOD活性均上升,POD活性呈现升-降-升的变化规律,SS含量先升后降,Pro含量则先降后升;控水24、30d复水后,富贵草各项生理指标均能很快恢复到CK水平;控水36d复水后,各项生理指标恢复速度较快,到试验结束时已接近CK水平;控水42d复水后,各项生理指标恢复速度较慢;LWC与SWC呈极显著正相关,REC、MDA、SS与SWC之间呈极显著负相关,SOD、POD、Pro与SWC之间呈显著负相关。综上可知,富贵草是一种耐旱性很强的优良常绿阔叶小灌木,REC、MDA、SS、LWC可作为富贵草耐旱性的有效评价指标,SOD、POD、Pro在一定程度上也可以反映富贵草的耐旱性。Taking three-year-old cuttage seedlings of Pachysandra terminalis as experimental material, through pot experiment of artificial drought stress and rewatered at different time in outdoor environment, the soil water content (SWC), leaf relative water content (LWC), the relative electric conductivity (REC), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, soluble sugar (SS) content and free proline (Pro) contents variation of some physiological and biochemical indexes of Pachysandra terminalis were studied, the change of soil moisture and drought tolerance physiological response were explored. The results showed that all indexes were in relatively stable dynamic equilibrium except SS content in the control group during the entire experimem^SWC and LWC were down with the stress time,while REC,MDA content and SOD activity increased,POD activity presented the variation of the up-down-up,SS content increased and then decreased,Pro content decreased and then increased in the process of natural soil dehydration 42 d. The physiological indexes of 94 d and 30 d could quickly restore to the level of CK after rewatered. The recovery speed of the stress of it under 36 d was a little faster than 42 d. The recovery speed of the stress of it under 42 d was the slowest than the others. LWC had significantly positive correlation with SWC. REC, MDA, SS had significantly negative correlation with SWC. SOD, POD, Pro had significantly negative correlation with SWC. In brief, P. terminals was an endurance, REC, MDA, SS, LWC were effective evaluation activity, POD activity, Pro content could partly reflected the excellent evergreen broad-leaved shrub with strong drought- indexes of the drought adaptability of P. terminalis.
