摘  要:以白木香为试材,分析比较了白木香植株不同部位的芒果苷含量,研究了不同产地、不同树龄、不同采收期、不同储存期白木香叶中芒果苷含量动态变化规律,以期为白木香资源的合理开发利用提供依据。结果表明:白木香叶、初生枝皮木、花、绿果皮中均含有芒果苷,且初生叶、初生枝皮、花中含量均超过4.5%;产地、树龄对白木香叶中芒果苷含量的影响无明显规律;不同采收期内白木香叶中芒果苷含量差异明显,可根据具体需要确定3月或9月为适宜采收期;储存1a的3批白木香叶芒果苷含量变化值均≤0.26%,基本稳定。Taking Aqui&ria sinensis (Lour:) Gilg as test material, the content of mangiferin in different parts of Aqui&ria sinensis flour. ) Gilg were determined,and the content of mangiferin in the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis (I.our.) Gilg from different places, of different age, in different harvesting and storage period were studied, in order to provide the basis for rational exploitation. The results showed that the mangiferin was distributed in the leaves, the newborn branch bark and sticks of wood, flowers, and the green peel. The content of mangiferin in the newborn leaves, newborn branch bark, flowers were greater than 4. 5 %. The effects of different places and age had no regular on mangiferin content. It could identify March or September for the harvest time according to specific needs. The change values with the content of mangiferin in 3 batches leaves of Aquilaria sinensis flour. ) Gilg for storage 1 year were less than 0. 26% basically stable.
