摘  要:分别选用种子磷总量高和低的小麦品种郑麦366和周麦17,探讨品种间幼苗根和茎叶的磷含量以及种子磷利用率差异。结果表明,发芽6天和缺磷22天时,郑麦366幼苗根和茎叶磷含量和磷总量显著高于周麦17,而种子磷利用率却显著低于后者;发芽6天时,郑麦366发芽种子中酸性磷酸酶活性、无机磷含量和种子磷减少量显著高于周麦17。可见,与周麦17相比,郑麦366的根和茎叶具有较高的磷含量,这与发芽种子中较多的种子磷分解和释放较多的无机磷有关。Two wheat varieties,Zhengmai 366 and Zhoumai 17,with high and low seed P content respectively,were chosen to discuss the differences of P content in roots and shoots and P utilization efficiency.The results showed that the P in roots and shoots and total P contents of Zhengmai 366 seedlings were significantly higher than those of Zhoumai 17,while the utilization efficiency of seed P was significantly lower than that of Zhoumai 17 after germination for 6 days and P deficiency for 22 days. The activity of acid phosphatase,Pi content and decrement of seed P in germinating seeds of Zhengmai 366 were significantly higher than those of Zhoumai 17 after germination for 6 days. Obviously,compared with Zhoumai17,Zhengmai 366 had higher P content in shoots and roots,which was associated with more decomposition of seed P and more release of Pi in germinating seeds.
