摘 要:目的建立自来水中莠去津的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE—HPLC)测定方法。方法自来水中的莠去津经固相萃取富集净化后用高效液相色谱法测定。结果莠去津在0.05—5.00mg/L范围内相关系数为0.99999,检出限为0.05mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.0005mg/L(以100ml水样计)。纯水中低、中、高3个浓度的平均加标回收率为96.0%、97.8%和98.8%,RSD为4.5%、1.2%和0.5%;自来水中低、中、高3个浓度的平均加标回收率为92.6%、95.4%和98.9%,RSD为5.3%、2.4%和1.7%。结论该方法准确可靠,完全适用于自来水中莠去津的检测和监测。[ Objective] To establish a solid phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) method for determination of atrazine in tap water. [ Methods ] After the samples were enriched and purified by solid phase extrac- tion, the atrazine content in tap water was determined by HPLC. [ Results] While the content of atrazine ranged from O. 05 mg/L to 5.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 99, the detection limit was 0.05 mg/L, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.000 5 mg/L (calculate by 100 ml water sample ). In pure water samples, the average recovery of standard ad- dition in lower, middle and upper concentration group was respectively 96.0%, 97.8% and 98.8%, while RSD was respectively 4.5%, I. 2% and 0.5%. In tap water samples, the average recovery of standard addition in lower, middle and upper concentra- tion group was respectively 92.6%, 95.4% and 98.9%, while RSD was respectively 5.3%, 2.4% and 1.7%. [ Conclusion] This method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination and monitoring of atrazine in tap water.
