摘　　要：作者对国内外医务人员乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)职业暴露后的预防措施的相关研究进行了综合分析,医务人员HBV职业暴露后首先进行应急处理,再及时报告。主管部门接到报告后应尽快评估职业暴露情况,以便尽最大可能在24 h内采取预防措施,包括各项检测、预防用药和心理干预等。最后摘录国内外几个医务人员HBV职业暴露后应用预防措施的成功案例,说明及时采取预防措施的重要性。The authors conducted a comprehensive analysis on the researches about prevention measures after occupational exposure to HBV in medical personnel at home and abroad. The emergency treatment should be promptly carried out after occupational expo- sure to HBV in medical personnel, and then the event must be reported without delay. Departments should rapidly evaluate the oc- cupational exposure after receiving report, so as to take preventive measures within 24 hours as much as possible, including detec- tions, preventive medicine and psychological intervention. At the end of the paper, the authors reviewed the successful cases of pre- vention measures after occupational exposure to HBV in medical personnel at home and abroad, to prove the importance of timely application of preventive measures.
