发展的时代内涵研究

摘　　要：发展是党执政兴国的第一要务,是科学发展观的第一要义。新的时代条件赋予了发展新的时代内涵,在当今实现发展要求我们必须坚持科学发展、和谐发展、和平发展。科学发展是在理性思维指导下,以尊重客观规律、掌握科学方法和应用科学技术为核心的发展;和谐发展是实现人类社会整体稳定、健康、持续的发展;和平发展是以和平性、自主性、合作性和共赢性为基本特征的发展。Development is the first important task of CPC for China prospering, and first meaning of the Scientific Outlook on Development. The new time condition gives development a new zeitgeist. Nowadays, we should insist scientific development, harmonious development and peaceful development. Scientific development with rational thought is based on the objective law of social development, grasping the true method of science, and applying the most advanced technologies. Harmonious development means that we should promote economic development continuously, steadily and healthily. Peaceful development means development of peace, independence, cooperation, and mutual benefit.
