摘 要:某磷灰石稀土矿含稀土的矿物种类繁多,主要为氟碳铈矿及独居石,稀土矿物嵌布粒度微细为该矿的主要选矿难点。根据稀土矿物的特点及其赋存状态,进行了重、磁、浮多种流程的对比试验,最终确定浮选-强磁联合流程能取得较好的试验指标。浮选-强磁联合流程所得稀土精矿稀土品位9.24%,回收率47.72%;磷灰石精矿稀土品位2.71%,回收率33.51%,P2O5品位28.24%,回收率85.32%;稀土精矿和磷精矿稀土总回收率达到81.23%。An apatite rare earth ore constains a variety of rare earth minerals, mainly bastnaesite and monazite. The diffi- culty of beneficiation is fine dissemination size of rare earth minerals. According to the occurrence of rare earth in the ore and the mineral properties, the preliminary tests covering gravity separation, magnetic separation and floatation etc were conduc- ted. The results indicate that the combinative process of floatation - magnetic separation can get a better index. In combination of floatation and high intensity separation process, rare earth concentrate with grade of 9.24% REO and recovery of 47.72% was obtained, and the apatite concentrate contains 2.71% REO with recovery 33.51% and P2O5 28.24% with recovery 85. 32%. The total recovery of rare earth in both rare earth and apatite concentrate is 81.23%.
