摘　　要：根据小规模电信网络对集中告警系统的需求,确定了在一定业务规模前提下的综合集中告警系统的定位、功能以及总体结构。提出实现全专业、多厂商的集中告警管理系统的方案,对系统开发的技术要点和业务流程进行分析,并对实施后的效果进行了评估。According to the demands for centralized alarm system in small-scale telecommunication network,the positioning,functionality and overall structure of integrated centralized alarm system in a certain scale of operation can be determined.A centralized alarm management system across all specialties and multi-vendor scenario is given,the key techniques and business processes for system development are analyzed,and the effects of implementation are assessed.
