摘　　要：介绍Softshell弹力三层防水透湿复合面料的加工工艺,包括平幅预缩、退浆精练、预定形、染色、烘干定形、拒水整理、复合等;分析了加工过程中影响产品品质的关键因素,并指出解决方法。The manufacturing of waterproof and moisture permeable softshell composite fabric with three layers is introduced,including open-width preshrinking,desizing and scouring,presetting,dyeing,drying and setting,water repellent finishing and laminating.The critical factors affecting the quality of the product are analyzed,and the countermeasures are pointed out.
