摘　　要：目的:评价甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)的浓度变化,及99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像结果,在甲状腺良恶性结节性质判定上的临床价值。方法:将46例甲状腺结节患者根据术后病理诊断分为两组,恶性组20例,良性组26例。分析术前甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)浓度变化,比较Tg与99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的临床价值。结果:Tg术前水平,良性组150.31±57.25ng/ml,恶性组232.84±138.65ng/ml。99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像对甲状腺恶性结节的预测性高于Tg变化。结论:99mTc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像联合Tg浓度变化鉴别甲状腺结节良、恶性有较高的临床价值,可提高诊断的准确率及灵敏度。Objective：To evaluate the concentration of thyroglobulin （Tg） and 99mTc-MIBI pro-tumor imaging results on the clinical value of the determination of benign and malignant thyroid nodules nature .Methods ：46 cases of patients with thyroid nodules were divided into two groups according to the postoperative pathological di-agnosis ,vicious group of 20 cases ,26 cases of benign group .Thyroglobulin （Tg） concentration changes ,analysis of preoperative Tg and 99mTc-MIBI pro-tumor imaging to identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules clinical value . Results ：Tg of preoperative levels benign group 150 .31 ± 57 .25 ng /ml ,the malignant group was 232 .84 ± 138 . 65 ng /ml .Predictability of 99mTc-MIBI the parent tumor imaging of the thyroid malignant nodules above the Tg change .Conclusion ：99mTc-MIBI parent tumor imaging joint Tg concentration to identify benign thyroid nodule , malignant high clinical value ,can improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity .
