绞股蓝对慢性肾功能不全血中内皮素、血脂及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨绞股蓝对慢性肾功能不全 (CRI)血浆内皮素、血脂及肾功能的影响。方法 :将 138例CRI患者随机分成治疗组 ( 6 9例 )和对照组 ( 6 9例 ) ,对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,治疗组在常规治疗的同时 ,加用绞股蓝治疗 ,两组疗程均为 8周。对比观测治疗前后血浆内皮素 (ET)、血脂及肾功能变化。结果 :治疗组治疗后高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)较对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血浆内皮素、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、血尿素氮 (Bun)和血肌酐 (Scr)较对照组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :绞股蓝具有拮抗内皮素、降血脂及改善肾功能的作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of aynostemma pentaphyllum makion on endothelin in plasma, blood lipids and renal function of patients with chronic renal insufficientcy (CRI). Methods: 138 patients with CRI were randomly devided into two groups: therapeutic group (69 cases) and control group (69 cases). The therapeutic group was treated by normal treatment and the therapeutic group were treated by aynostemma pentaphyllum makion in addition to normal treatment. Both the therapeutic courses were 8 weekd. The endothelin in plasma, blood lipids and renal function were observed and measured. Results: After treatment, the high density lipoprotein and creatinine clearance rate were increased significantly than those of control group ( P <0.05). Others, the endothelin in plasma, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were decreased significantly than those of control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions: Aynostemma pentaphyllum makion has effect to resist endothelin in plasma, to decrease the blood lipids and to improve the renal function.
