市售四种含碘消毒剂杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察4种市售含碘消毒剂的杀菌效果,以了解含碘消毒剂产品质量状况。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验法,对随机抽检的4种不同含碘消毒剂产品进行实验室检测。结果以有效碘300 mg/L和1 000 mg/L络合碘作用10 min,分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭率仅达到99.9%以上。有效碘100 mg/L碘伏消毒液对试验菌可达到完全杀灭。复强黏膜碘原液作用5 min以上可有效杀灭试验菌。非溶出性高聚碘原液作用至9 min对试验菌杀灭对数值仅2.22。结论市售不同种类及品牌含碘消毒剂的消毒效果存在较大的差别。Objective To understand the bactericidal effect of four kinds of commercially available iodine disinfectant and the status of iodine disinfectant product quality. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to test the germicidal effect of four iodine disinfectant products sampled randomly. Results The average killing rate of Esche- richia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were just above 99.9% by effective iodine 300 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L complexing iodine for 10 rain respectively. Effective iodine 100 mg/L iodophor disinfectant could completely killed the experimental fungus. The strong mucosa iodine could effectively kill test bacteria in 5 min. The average killing log- arithm value of the test bacteria was only 2.22 by non dissolution high iodine for 9 min. Conclusion There are big differ- ence of disinfection effect among the different kinds and brands of iodine disinfectant.
